Trying to access the Colchester Borough website is an absolute joke, and then when you try to contact them, it's an even bigger joke!

Really poor. The town looks and feels like a dump. Rubbish collection does not work and you spend an hour and a half queing at the tip to get rid of the bin bag the bin man did not bothered to pick up. That is of course if your car makes it in one piece across all the potholes on the way. And don't forget if you make a complaint it will just disappear in the council's pile and never see the light of day again. I really wonder why people accept this from a council.

Terrible really. I had asked for a special collection which they did however they only picked 1 of the items and never let me know why the other item wasn't picked due to having BBQ coils inside which they could just have knocked and asked me to remove. And now expect me to pay for another collection. Money grabbing!
