After a doctors visit, pills, and physio a friend recommended Karen for an appointment for acupuncture. Very sceptical but anything was worth a try to get rid of the pain I was in. My first visit eased the pain considerably. A monthly visit has given me relief. Once a sceptic now a believer. And Karen is the best.

I’ve been seeing Karen for over a year , I suffer badly with my shoulders ( cannot raise arms above head ) and my lower back plus a few other problems !! , I was so fed up of taking strong painkillers , and I thought I had tried everything , but I’m very sad to say Acupuncture was really my last resort as I didn’t really have any faith in it .... Well roll on a year and wow I ’m a great believer , Karen makes you feel relaxed and welcome and I can not thank her enough for what she has done for me , I can move easily and rarely take medication now . She is very professional and has great knowledge. I highly recommend Karen as when I’ve been away and had Acupuncture it has not been as good as Karen at Colchester Acupuncture.
