Honestly i used to love this place... have recommended them to many ppl. However now the technicians have all changed... which means you can't get a great consultation with someone with experience. The receptionist aren't helpful/ friendly. If you can reach the owner she will try her best but not the best way to run a business.

Excellent service. All the staff are very friendly, professional and nice. I can see alot of improvement after desired sessions. I would highly recommend this clinic. Thank you to the lady at the reception who is very kind and helpful. Sorry dear I forgot your name. Will ask you again on my next appointment :) Special thanks to Lara for the service she provided. She's done a wonderful job. She's very sweet and does her work properly and neatly. She makes sure all the hair are gone from the desired areas. I had a horrible experience at this place. Firstly I had booked my patch test for laser hair removal and when I turned up there was no available specialist who could do it and then I was made to wait for about 40min after which the receptionist was like I need to do some documentation before the patch test and for booking the patch test I need to pay the entire amount for 8 sessions upfront in order for me to even book the patch test which I had already booked online. It’s ridiculous that she told me this after waiting 40min. Worst clinic ever, only after money and would not recommend at all. Please save yourself and do not go here. Service: Laser hair removal
