Excellent consultation! Had really bad scaring from using tweezers on my chin. Since having the lazer the growth has been finer and not much at all, such a difference. Had a hydro facial package from here, service was very poor and staff were unhelpful when it came to rearranging appointments. They even threatened to charge me to use my final facial as I’d missed a prior appointment, (which I did inform I the reasons I could not make) even though I’d already paid for the package - horrific service for something I paid a lot of money for. I also had no say in who did my facials as the person I always requested was always booked - on multiple occasions I had someone that ended up doing it very rough and leaving my skin sore and red. Staff need to go back and learn the basics of manners and customer service skills. Would never attend this branch again.

I restarted my laser sessions recently after a couple of years and was disappointed Nicole no longer does treatments and had moved to management. I was hesitant to have my laser sessions with someone new but Malak has been amazing! She has very good attention to detail and her personality and humour is very likeable! Malak has been very professional and I've always been very comfortable during my treatments. If Malak can continue doing my treatments I'm considering booking further laser sessions - with the hope Malak doesn't leave! x Service: Laser hair removal

Rude behaviour.. i buy a package from them that time she said you can book and emergency appointment if u need any day or 2 days before but after buying the package i call twice but they refused manager doesn’t want to listen and when i asked her to refund she refused and saying that we don’t have refund policy in contract.. when i asked her can i speak with same lady who sale this package to me she refused also and giving me excuses that she’s busy and not available at all for answering my questions somewhere manager knows that its a fake commitment..
