I visit Colaz to get laser hair removal and hydra facials done. Karolina is my therapist for both services and I am always so pleased with her customer service, manners, warmth and always so welcoming. She makes me feel comfortable, we have a great chat during the appointment (good distraction from pain) and she is so professional. Karolina is polite, respectful and a lovely character. I would recommend this place and specifically to use Karolina as a therapist. Service: Laser hair removal

One of the WORST clinics for hair removal laser & electrolysis. Bejal should be fired from her job, she war very unwelcoming to a customer, and did not know what she was doing. Midst our consultation she would walk out, and was rushing my electrolysis session ! Disgusting and miserable piece of work! I will be Investing my money to a reputable clinic with great customer service.

I went in for a facial with Karolina and I loved it. She was very professional and would communicate and explain to me what she was going to do. I felt so relaxed and really enjoyed my facial with her. Also adds a very nice massage to the shoulders, neck and arms, her hands are healing! My face and neck have never felt better and I would for sure go back with Karolina for another facial.

I attended the Colaz Branch in Harrow and was slightly late by 15mins to a 1hr appointment. Despite working for only 35 mins, the staff charged me for a full hour. When explaining my circumstances, the staff were rude and not welcoming, I was extremely surprised that they would not offer any kind of exception. I find this exceptionally appalling and will not be revisiting the beauty clinic again as it is not the right thing to do. If it been made clear to me that the full hour service would not be offered, I would have not attended the appointment. I will not be recommending this branch to any of my friends and family. In addition, they were not willing to provide a refund on the cancellation.
