I used to pop in here for a takeaway coffee when I lived near Branscombe. Since moving away from the area, I have started up a coffee subscription. I LOVE IT. Oh my goodness every few weeks a parcel arrives on my doorstep with the most delicious, smooth and ethical coffee in entirely recyclable and compostable bags. I would recommend this coffee (and company) to everyone.

I have had a subscription to Coffee Factory for 4 years now! And don't see myself stopping it at any time soon! It's honestly the best coffee I've ever had, whenever I have friends or family over and they try the coffee, everyone always shares the same thought of how it's the best coffee they have ever had. I don't have any fancy equipment either, just an aeropress, picopresso and Dedica. Conveniently get 2 packs through the post every 18 days, which is all customisable, and every delievery is something new with a card to explain the flavour Profile and description of where the coffee came from. Keep up the good work Coffee Factory! ✌️

The postcode doesn’t work perfectly, so follow signs to the Lyme Bay Winery, it’s on the right hand side if you pull into the yard. If the doors are shut, ring the bell and they’ll let you in! Very tasty coffee, we added a bit of water to cool it down as we were in a bit of a rush. Bought a couple of bags to take away and we’ve been enjoying it at home. Works well in our bean to cup machine and has a pleasantly fruity flavour.

Called in as we have many times whilst down from Leeds My wife has a medical problem meaning she needs access to the toilet we asked if they had a toilet , " no we haven't " replied the lady serving on the counter. I mentioned the condition to her but she took no notice what so ever and took our money for two drinks . My wife cancelled her drink as this would have compounded the need for a toilet but still nothing from the member of staff. This is sad and I would suggest people give this place a wide birth . Prepared to sell drinks but no facilities to exit them

I can heartily recommend the subscription service, a different coffee every month from a constantly changing list. In the last 18 months I have only had one coffee that I wasn't that keen on, the rest have been really good and several have been absolutely outstanding. All at a very competitive price. Well packaged and shipped with a card outlining all the details of the coffee provenance and production. If you want to explore coffees from around the world this is for you.
