    I sent our faulty Sage Barista Express to Coffee Classics for repair. They emailed me pictures of the machine on receipt and carried out a repair quickly and efficiently, then arranged delivery back to us in London. They were happy to hold on to the unit while we were away on holiday and despatched it so we received the package on our first day home. The unit was cleaned, descaled, repaired and now works perfectly. We ended up spending around £150 on a repair when many people would have chucked out the machine. Delivery and return was stress free. I have read a couple of reviews criticising customer service, which I find difficult to believe. I called Coffee Classics twice - once before sending them my machine and once to discuss its return. Staff I spoke to on both occasions were super helpful and really friendly. I’d absolutely recommend these guys. Couldn’t be happier.

    My service was outstanding! They repaired my Oracle touch in a call out dame day. When I called them back troubleshooting issues I had after, the team arranged for my machine to be collected by courier and taken to the workshop. The engineer called me and advised me on the machine care. They sent the machine back next day in perfect working order. I am so pleased with the customer service, expertise and reasonable pricing. I can't tell you how long I was looking for a Sage repairer and your team were by far the best of the businesses I contacted. A huge thank you- I will be using your services in the future

    After a little over two years use, my Melitta Barista coffee machine had problems. I contacted these guys and from initial contact through to the repair and return of the machine they were brilliant! Excellent communication, very professional and all in all, a first class service.     I sent my sage dual boiler in for repair and was dreading the customer service experience and cost (given the stories about Sage) but coffee classics was up front about the cost which was reasonable and affordable following an assessment and completed the repair efficiently (despite the work involved-replaced PCB and thermal fuse, O rings and descale) they sent back the machine following this with no issues, sending back the machine in a returnable safe box and also separately my original box too. Overall a good experience!

    Had a problem with my sage bravista grinder. Was contacted by coffee classics who were great with giving a day and time that suited me. Engineer phoned and arrived within 20 mins of the phone call. His name was Lee. Told him the issue and straight away he had a idea on the issue. ( shows his experience ) After stripping down the machine he was correct and shown me the issue. He then repaired the fault and explained why this would happen etc. After completing the repair Lee gave me some great advise and tips on how set up and keep the machine in great working order for years to come. Lee went above and beyond and would definitely recommend this company and Engineer. For me it was a 10 Star 🌟 experience its a shame I can only give 5.
