Not only do they have exceptional coffee (I can't believe we didn't do this years ago!), but their advice and support to buy and set up the machine was second to none. It is quite daunting choosing a machine and trying to create a drink that suits your taste when you have no serious knowledge about how to do this. However with their support, thank you Ollie, my second cup was pretty special and I have gone from strength to strength! The whole experience, Website, knowledge of their craft, delivery and packaging (like opening a present on every box, the new packaging is so beautiful,) and even a newspaper from the friendly family and crew, couldn't have welcomed me more to their world. I look forward to my next selection of beans as I feel confident to try them all!
