Rude staff. Ordered Earl Grey tea, collected it despite staff standing chatting to one another. Tea was made with cold water! When I took it back there was no apology, went back to table to wait for replacement. Waitress eventually brought a replacement with original dirty cup with the remains of the cold water. It was literally thrown on the table,. When I asked for a fresh cup, the rude waitress snatched the cup and brought a fresh cup and again threw it on the table. Shame I there isn't an option for no stars as that what I'd have given Need to attend some customer service classes.
