COEL and CPMS recently delivered a complicated project at my place of work. It was spilt across multiple locations and could have been a major inconvenience for building users. However thanks to excellent on-site supervision and communication the whole project was completed to schedule, with a minimum of disruption and ultimately to a very high standard.

We used COEL for our head office and NPD facility, the project was to take an existing office building and convert it to our specification for the NPD facility as well as providing an excellent office area for our staff and customers The scope of the project was a complete fit out from bare brick, covering all aspects of the office and NPD space. The design was excellent and the cooperation of all the Coel team was excellent. It is normal to have challenges during such a big project, the Coel team were very professional and accommodating. Our company began liaising with COEL back in December 2020. Due to various situations outside of our control, we lost our proposed office space. We had to quickly find a new one and draw up new works plans. COEL and specifically, Ollie, John, Dave, Greta along with Matt and Dave W from the building team were all very supportive and accommodating at every step of the way, with the uttermost professionalism and can do attitude. Lizzie has also been a great help in facilitating the relocation of surplus to requirement furniture. I'd like to express a huge thanks to you all throughout this ongoing project. We're really happy with our new office space, particularly the cork walls!

Overall, we found all the COEL employees from sales to project/site management, right through to all the different contractors were always extremely friendly and provided an excellent quality of service and workmanship. It has been a pleasure to undertake this project with COEL and we will without hesitation use them for any future building projects, large or small, and we have also utilized their separate maintenance crew for ongoing day to day support across the site (ie roof repairs, electrical and plumbing work) which has been invaluable to maintain our property.
