I was looking to get an engraving made to mark an old family grave and a friend suggested Codsall Shoe Repairs. I received excellent customer service from start to finish. I shared with Laurence what I was looking for and asked for a price on a brass engraving. From my end, this was made more difficult as I was helping source it for a relative, resulting in me having to exchange information several times with them. Laurence gave me prices, however, also additional options and suggestion on what would work in other materials. He was extremely generous with his time, over the phone, in person and via email. Nothing was too much trouble, doing me several different drafts for alternative typefaces too. It culminated in me ordering a slate grey plaque with white script in marblite. I am delighted with the end product. Laurence and Codsall Shoe Repairs come highly recommended by me – thank you.
