I would like to take this opportunity to post the fantastic service I received from Dominic of Codelocks and his engineer the other week, basically I had an issue with one of the their digital locks, so I took it directly back to them to get their help and advice as they were local. Dominic couldn't be more helpful, nothing seemed to be a problem for him. He looked it over and decided it had a fault so he took it straight to an engineer that sorted it out in minutes whilst I waited outside, totally exceeded my expectations and I will certainly be buying their locks in the future, well done, brilliant customer service.

Outstanding customer service I emailed Codelocks to find out about purchasing a replacement strike plate that I had lost. My own stupid fault. I was emailed back the next day by the customer services manager who offered to send me one, free of charge, first class post the next day. Wow! It's only a little thing, but I was very impressed. They didn't have to do that and they could have charged me. Instead they sent me one, free, and I can't praise their service enough. Well done Codelocks.
