They were friendly and personable, chatting to us and the children (despite the miserable weather, when I’m sure we’d all rather have been in the dry!) and very professional. We returned the next day, when they also went above and beyond by helping my colleague to wrangle the sound system and get our backing music sorted, which was incredibly helpful.
