I’ve been torn whether to review as I cannot fault the friendliness of the team, however I did not get the balayage colour I hoped for and I was disappointed. I had a consultation and showed photos of what I wanted - I was told was this was totally achievable however the end result was completely different. I have since gone somewhere else in Horsham with a great outcome in the end. Sorry not to recommend cocos based on my experience. £166 at Cocos was unfortunately money wasted. Service: Hair coloring

This is a very nice looking hair salon. My hair colour is looking nice and the girl who did my wash and dry was lovely, friendly and polite. They have very comfortable seats at washing area. Though my hair colour was left on my hair for nearly an hour, I liked how my hair looks like, straight after i had it done my hair was very static and felt dry and uncomfortable even though i had the special hair treatment. From other hairdressers I have been to my hair was silky and heavy so this doesnt feel right. The next day i brushed through my hair with my hand ,realised how much fell out. And it keeps falling out and feels britle Maybe i was just unclucky one 🤷🏼♀️ or my hair doesnt like the products

What an amazing company this is I needed a hair up for a wedding at the last minute Chris of the Southwater Co CO’s arranged for Jane in the Billingshurst Co CO’s to do it, as Southwater as you would expect were fully booked, thank you. Abi at this salon is very nice & did my hair really well last month for the first time. I was pleased with it. However, I received a phone call today to confirm my appointment for next week, which was fine but then I was informed that a patch test is necessary *48 hours in advance of every time I visit the salon to get my hair coloured*. This is insane. Do they not realise people work?? I’ve been dying my hair since the 1970s and have only ever had to do a patch test once in advance of the first time you visit a new hairdressers. I need my hair doing every 3-4 weeks and there’s no way I could get there the day before each time to do a patch test. I have a busy job and don’t get to the High Street that much. I’ve had to cancel my appointment that I have for this week and now I’m left with having to try and find somewhere else at short notice. They say it’s a condition of their particular insurance but it’s obviously a unique type of insurance to their salon because all the salons I’ve ever been to over the years, it’s a case of one patch test in advance of the first visit. If you have your hair coloured regularly and don’t want to be put to this unnecessary inconvenience, I suggest you avoid this business. Service: Hair coloring
