I have been meaning to write this review for a few months now but life has got in the way! I cannot describe in words what Nina has done for me. She has changed my life and that is no exaggeration. When I met Nina in July last year I was a shell. I had had a difficult delivery and needed help to recover physically postnatally. I thought I would never be able to exercise properly again or even feel like myself again! Nina changed all that, she picked me up off the floor and brought me back. Through nutritional, through her expertise with carefully stepped exercises but most importantly through the care that she showed me. I felt that she cared, she got to know me and helped me to get back to my old self. I cannot begin to thank Nina enough for everything she has done for me and my family and will be eternally grateful to her.

I had my first post pregnancy massage with Nina and I couldn't recommend this lady enough. My body felt so tense and my back was in quite a bit of pain due to new mummy duties and after having this massage I felt so much relief and walked out there feeling brand new. Nina made me feel so comfortable as soon as I walked in and her room felt like my own little zen, just what a new mum needs.
