Have visited several times and can recommend a visit, the food and service is 1st class, very reasonably priced, there is what can only be described as an "Alladin's cave" of a gift shop and wonderful art gallery. Haven't experienced the accommodation but if it's the same standard as the rest of the establishment it must be very good. 2023 Sad to report the restaurant and gift shop have now closed down but hotel is still open.

We went to the Wolds village with family and some friends from our car club for a luncheon. Beer was cask conditioned real ale, and there was a good variety of other beers and wine. There was a good choice of food on the menu reasonably priced the service was good even though the place was full and the staff were rushed off their feet. The food was excellent. The Wolds Village it is quite large but will separate rooms it was very cosy and comfortable. There is a very large car park and the Venue is in a very nice location. We will definitely be returning and happy to recommend it. Food & drinks: Good Cask conditioned real ale, excellent food.

What a little gem. Stayed in the Gothic room which was great. You had all you need. Breakfast was lovely and if you are staying definitely worth having the evening meal, you will find nothing to complain about. Chris was very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. Will stay again and try another one of their themed rooms.
