It was a great idea and we saw a great selection of sights on the bus, even though we had to wait for spaces to open up on the top deck. However the river cruise from Westminster Pier to Tower Bridge more than made up for it. Saw amazing sights and had a great and hilarious commentary along the way. We loved it.

Great day out with the kids! Was fun and informative. Thought the commentary was really good. The cruise was a great way to finish and the guide on the boat was funny and engaging. The person who I got the tickets from at Westminster was super kind and helpful and ensured me and the kids didn’t miss our bus! Would recommend.

Excellent and entertaining audio tour in English. We took the red route and stayed the whole trip. Reasonably comfortable seats on the bus, and well cleaned and maintained. The driver was and tour guide was welcoming. All in all, good value for the money and an enjoyable experience. 👍

There is so much to see and this is a great way to see as much as you can of London and relax and rest your feet. Headphones are provided (accommodating many languages) so you can hear the highlights of the sites you are seeing. The drivers/ staff are very friendly and helpful. You can get on and off and the buses run quite regularly.

Great experience and superb service. Tour was Fun and informative and key London landmarks were all covered. Both ground and on board staff were friendly and helpful. Roger went an extra mile ensuring the booking process was smooth, he communicated all instructions clearly and was available to answer any questions during ticket collection swiftly. My dad and son had a great day and came back very happy with lovely memories.

Absolutely worth doing! The great thing about this is the hop-on & off flexibility and the river Thames cruise! We really enjoyed this tour of London! It was a great way to get around! We have since taken other hop on hop off tours with other companies in other cities and this remains the best most well run tour we have been on.

On a recent family trip to London, we purchased tickets for the CitySightseeing Hop-on Hop-off tour with river cruise. Based on prior experiences, this is the best way to get insights into the historic landmarks of London. The recorded commentary could be a bit more detailed, but within half a day, you can see all major attractions of London without having to walk a step. I highly recommend taking advantage of the complimentary river cruise, as it is offering a different perspective of London and comes with hilarious live commentary that will make you smile.

Being able to hop on and hop off was great, plus the audio was incredibly informative. My 18 month old son loved being on the open top bus and was having a wail of a time waving at everyone and the staff on the tour were all great with him.
