Best chicken katsu curry I've ever had. The food is delicious, it arrives quickly, the staff attentive. Ticks so many boxes. I had spice level 2 which is about the same as a Wagamama chicken katsu curry. The person I was with had spice level 3 and that was even tasitier. I'd recommend being ambitious with your spice level selection 😄

Recently had lunch here, and firstly I must say that you should arrive earlier than when you want to eat because they don't take bookings and you will almost always expect a queue outside (which is just a testament to how good it is, really). As someone who lived in Japan and would eat at this particular chain at minimum once a week, I can vouch for the accuracy (and deliciousness) of the taste. Except for a couple of different things, namely, the spice levels here are less spicy than you expect (not surprising given the country it is in), and there's also the added options to have chips or naan bread, lol.

The scrambled egg is so smooth, curry sauce is so flavoursome (I ordered extra hot and it’s the perfect spice level for me) and the katsu pork is so crispy. Service was top notch, we were served by few extremely polite waiters/ waitresses, Sohei was exceptional 👍🏻 The sitting plan is also quite spacious, we were sat at the bar table in front of the window and you get lots of room between customers. Will definitely come back in the future!
