I have visited this shop twice and on both occasions I found the guys in the shop to be friendly, professional and patient. As a new shooter they spent plenty of time with me advising me on the pros and cons of various guns I was interested in buying. There was no pressure selling just good honest advice. I did not feel embarrassed to ask what some more experienced shooters would see as simple questions. As a result I left the shop happy and confident that I had brought the right guns to suit my needs. I will definitely be visiting this shop again and would highly recommend them to anybody.

Left unhappy! This is the first time I bought something from this shop and it went well to start with. Steve and Sam are nice, friendly and helpful. I bought a new Stoeger XM1 but unfortunately it was losing air. I called Steve and he said to bring it back which I did. He suggested maybe I filled it too quickly! Not a chance, you have to be gentle with such a small reservoir and I'm not new to PCP airguns! That didn't go down well and put my back up to be honest. He didn't have any other .177 in stock so I would have needed to have gone there again once they had more in. In total 3 trips, 3 hours of my time and over 75 miles of fuel not to mention the inconvenience. To add insult to injury he was unable to refund on the credit card I used due to potential fraud and won't refund to my bank account for 3 days! It's often said that it's how a business deals with a problem that sets them apart from their competition and I'm sorry to say I feel let down by Reigate Gunmakers. I know the shop aren't to blame for the issue but they will get their money back from the suppliers. I, on the other hand, am out of pocket. At no point did he offer a sweetener (And yes I know he doesn't have to) which might have made me come back. A credit note/Pellets etc just to keep me happy and coming back. An opportunity missed I'm afraid. Such a shame.
