Worst haircut I have ever had. Went in with hair just past my shoulders and literally came out with BALD SPOTS and couple of inch long layers. Went back and spoke to the Manager who was very polite but I think that even he was shocked at the state of my hair and was worried incase I sued. Yes ..... it really was that bad! I've had no option but to walk around with a hat on for the last couple of weeks. Was not even offered a refund just told "one good thing about hair, it grows back" Service: Hairstyling
