Beautifully Breathe
The pasta is extremely bland, I ordered a signature beef ragu and the ratio between the sauce and the pasta was absolutely abhorrent. Barely any beef ragu, majority of the pasta was plain. Shocking for the price. I ordered a carbonara and the sauce was bland, watery, barely any bacon bits, I was trying to figure out what it tasted like but I couldn’t even do that, certainly didn’t taste cheesy or creamy. Ordered extra mozzarella for my carbonara and it comes as one big ball in the middle of the tub. The biscoff bomboloni trio was so hard, almost like it had been sitting out for a whole day. Not impressed at all, absolutely crushed at the wasted money, should’ve ordered a Maccy’s. Marketing does wonders because the photos on Uber eats sell an absolute dream.

Pasta was mediocre at best despite the hour and a half it took to reach me. Some of the pasta was inconsistently cooked and none were cooked enough. There should have been more sauce with the amount of pasta for a balance. The only positive thing I can say is that they left 4 pieces of free dark chocolate - I assume it was consolation or complimentary. The price was reasonable for the area but not worth the quality in my opinion. I really hope the service improves soon and wish the business luck.
