I normally really like the food from Coco so Mama and use them quite frequently, but this particular branch is absolutely rubbish!! Not ONCE has my order been correct when I’ve ordered food to he delivered. The staff clearly pay no attention to anything as I always receive completely random items and none of the ones I ordered, even though the delivery receipt is correct. Luckily the refund process is generally quite straightforward when pictures are provided, but I would’ve rather eaten the food I ordered. Today was another example of every item in the order being wrong, so I can only imagine my order went to someone else. I understand it gets busy during lunch times, and mistakes happen, but after one time this is unacceptable. I won’t be using them again. Avoid!
