I have ordered the same pasta pot at least 10 times over the last couple of years. Today I received plain pasta with a very watery sauce at the bottom. Very disappointing and will never order again.

Ahhh.. what's happening. This place used to sell a quality product. A decent portion where the lid used to have trouble staying on and a godly dollop of meat. But no more. Sorry don't mind spending a tenner on a proper meal but not a 3/4 filled pot of pasta and sauce.

Just ordered an amazing looking pasta dish from here, unfortunately what turns up is a bowl of pasta and what looks like they accidentally dropped some flavoured mince in. It's literally 95% pasta and a smidge of mince. Absolute rip-off. Please avoid wasting your money here.

Staff order food on average once a week from Coco di Mama. Used to be very good. Great food, good value, fast delivery via Deliveroo. Lately, things have got progressively worse. You might think that when paying nearly £10 for a pot of pasta that you would get more than just pasta, but lately, it's getting closer to just that. Gone are the days of a healthy helping of sauce/meat/whatever else you've ordered. Now, you're lucky if you get a adult portion of pasta topped with barely a tablespoon of sauce. The "award winning" Spicy Pork and 'Nduja sausage option is just a few scraps of ground pork and some chilli flakes thrown in and by the time you're a quarter of the way down the pot, there's nothing but plain boiled pasta left. 'Duja garlic bread is totally hit and miss. I've eaten this probably a dozen times and not once has it been the same. Odd, given that the name and price remains the same. Sometimes you get a piece which fulls the box and has a good amount of 'Nduja. Other times you get a couple of mouthfuls with and one blob of sausage. Sadly, our company won't be ordering lunch from here anymore. It's become a repeatedly expensive disappointment.

Pasta basically just a pot of cold plain pasta, barely any sauce. Very disappointed. If I had been in a restaurant I would of been asking for some sort of compensation

Ordered Gluten free wild mushroom and was excited to eat it after seeing good reviews (or what I THOUGHT were good reviews) online. My pasta had barely a fingers width of sauce and the rest was plain boiled pasta. When I called the restuiarant (ordered through just eat) - they advised me to contact just eat for a replacement. I tried, except that's not possible. The only thing I can do is ask for a refund which i didn't want - I wanted my food that ISN'T just plan boiled pasta. I call again and the staff can't help, and I won't get a refund where I have to pay the driver again for food that wasn't delivered how it was sold anyway. Very dissapointed. But reading other reviews I wasn't the only one where this was the case especially for some reason with gluten free pasta . So unless you want to pay 8-10 pounds for boiled pasta I'd say maybe DIY it go to Cafee Piccolo in farnham (they're amazing), or Hotel Danielle who are also really great with their pasta
