Ordered a bike online and was sent the incorrect bike, and the bike they did send has dodgy welding's, so much so that an actual bike shop has told me it would be unsafe to ride. Have tried multiple times to contact for a refund and to send the bike back but to no avail. They do not respond to emails, and do not answer the phone. Unfortunately it seems I have been scammed.
