First class job. Eric did a full Dainite resole of my Barkers shoes, and I'm really happy with the result - the finish is as good as you get from the factory but you get them back in 1 week instead of 12!

I had the worst experience at this shop! The service was ridiculous and the charge was way too high. The owner made a set of keys for me, which took a whopping two hours to do. And to top it off, they were wrongly done. When I returned to get them fixed, I was given the wrong timeframe and had to wait an extra 30 minutes. And then suddenly, the owner said he couldn't make the keys at all and asked me to come back the next day. I was so frustrated that I asked for a refund, but when it came to refunding me, the owner suddenly made the keys a lot cheaper. How dodgy is that?! After I pointed out the price difference, the owner became very angry and started shouting at me. Even after I left, he still opened the door and continued to yell. If you don't want to be verbally abused, treated poorly, and ripped off, do yourself a favor and avoid this dodgy shop at all costs. So much time wasted dealing with this terrible service.

Eric just mended and refurbished a pair of lovely shoes from a top menswear emporium on Jermyn Street. A colleague at work asked me if the shoes were brand new - I've had them for over 8 years! If you have some fine footwear, do take them to Eric to mend, he always does an amazing job.

What a Shop and what a top bloke the guy who owns the “Nest” is. Took an old pair of Timberland that had sat in my shed for years, he resoled them, and brought them back to life. He isn't in a rush to get you out the shop he’ll go through what he feels, as the professional is your best option. The only negative for me is, I hadn’t found him sooner.
