I was locked out of my car due to low battery on my remote fob and Paul came to my rescue. I had to travel to the store in a recovery vehicle and he kindly waited after closing time to replace the battery. However this was not straight forward and Paul had re-engineer his precision screwdrivers to undo the tiny 0.3 screws on the fob casing only to discover even tinnier 6x screws that fixed the battery holding plate in place. A remarkable service and person where nothing it seems is impossible and all done with a joke and a smile. Thank you Paul.
