    Was good customer service, and has good services provided. But just really unhappy with my hair cut. I asked for a low skin fade with a tiny bit cut off the top as I have the top quite long, ended up with my hair being cut really short which isn’t something I asked for at all. My ear was also cut when the sides were being shaved. I do believe it was a mistake but just so disappointed as I was getting it cut for my graduation.
