I cannot recommend the level of expertise, skill, compassion and service highly enough when reviewing my experience of Coastway Vets, Lewes. Vet KAREN SCOTT is an exceptional practicioner who went above and beyond her duty to help me during an extremely difficult and distressing experience putting an elderly cat to sleep. She was not only compassionate, frank, and supportive but made the practical experience of euthanising my cat friend easier due to her personability and honest communication of the cat's condition which gave me confidence to know this was the best decision. The actual procedure was professional, caring and easeful. Both Karen and the receptionist/front of house person were magnificent. I am so glad I chose this practice at Coastway Vets, Lewes, and recommend others to. Thank you so very much, Karen Scott. ++
