We had hired out mountain bikes for the day and went on the coast to coast trail (from Porthtowan to Devoran). It was amazing! The bikes were perfect for the trip and there were so many nice views! It’s worth the ride there and back. I can honestly say that this was one of the nicest places we’ve rented bikes from; we got great advice, good support and we were given a bike repair kit in case we broke down along the way. Very friendly! Would definitely rent again from here! 10/10 experience!

Amazing experience from start to finish. James and Greg were brilliant nothing was too much trouble. Suggested some trails for us to do, made sure we had all we needed before leaving us. Delivery and collection was an added bonuses and made things easier for us whilst on holiday. Fantastic day riding would highly recommend and can't wait to hire bikes again with James and Greg next rime we visit. Thank you again.

April 2023 We hired 3 bikes over the Easter break and it couldn’t have gone smoother. I booked the bikes from home by reviews and having a chat with Greg (the owner) before we went on holiday. He was so helpful, informative and totally reassured me with everything I needed to know. Not just that, I hadn’t been very well so there was a possibility that I would have to cancel last minute, but Greg reassured me that would not be a problem and I could have a full refund. Greg texted me the morning we were due to pick up the bikes to check everything was ok and I was sure I was ok, as there was no problem if not. Honestly, I was blown away by this level of customer service. We picked our bikes up, 1 electric for me (lovely) and 2 normal, with a padded seat cover and off we set. What a fantastic day we had. So much fun with such clear instructions, it was so easy and a fabulous day. We did get carried away and were late back but again still nothing was too much trouble, Greg was there with a massive smile ready to take our bikes back. What amazing customer service and a fantastic bike hire company. Thank you Greg, you made our second from last day of our holiday. 😁😁

Coastal Trail Cycle Hire did an outstanding job allowing my family of 6 to thoroughly enjoy an afternoon of biking along the Cornish coast. Greg was super helpful and made sure we had everything we needed for our trip. He called us right back when we initially called to find out details. My husband and I rented a couple of hybrid bikes this week to take on the coast to coast trail. The delivery was prompt, we were provided with everything we needed and some helpful hints to get us there. The trail was beautiful, the bikes served us well, and we had a nice hot chocolate before pick up to recover!

We cycled the Coast to Coast route with no issues with the bikes at all - they were dropped off and collected for us - very convenient. Great service and highly recommended. I made an initial online enquiry with Greg, and he immediately called me back and our arrangements were made: 2 ebikes to be delivered at 9am outside the Atlantic Cafe, all at a great price. Greg was there as planned and we had a great day cycling the Coast to Coast Mineral trail, and enjoying a bowl of mussels at The Old Quay Inn in Devoran. As we enjoyed a well earned cornish ice cream back at the Atlantic Cafe, we texted Greg, as arranged, and 20 mins later he arrived to collect the bikes. Bikes were in great working condition, but a word of advice for non frequent bike riders: ask for the gel saddle pads, ouch! Thanks for a great day.
