I've recently returned to the water after living inland. I'm am so pleased to have discovered The Coastal Rowing Academy Club. Such a friendly and welcoming group. Anyone at any level can enjoy this, from beginners to competitive rower's. You can develop at your own rate and to your own leve, and find a row to suit your level. If you haven't tried it give it a go. You'll be welcomed given guidance and be 8n safe hands. Excellent for staying active and getting fit.

I've been rowing and coxing with the club for the last year. It's brilliant and rowing is just the very best exercise for a whole body workout. The keenies win competitions and the more relaxed get a social trip on the water with gentle exercise. Also note that I'm approaching 80; so it really is for everyone 😃🚣♂️

There's something for everyone at the club if you are looking for social or competitive rowing. We are not just about exercise and being out on the water.
