From the very start Andy was professional, considerate, caring and most of all 'listened' to what we wanted and needed. The design was spot on, advice with selection of kitchen was spot on, support choosing the right appliances was spot on. The whole process as SPOT ON. He was with us every step of the way with what we wanted, he provided regular check ins once work started - even from his overseas holiday destination he checked in - now that is good service. From our first contact with Coastal Kitchens we were impressed with their care and professionalism. Andy the owner created a design that made full use of the space and gave us several material options to choose from. Andy was always amenable to adjusting the design and materials to meet our preferences. Our old kitchen was removed with very little disruption and everything made good prior to fitting the new kitchen. The installation went particularly well, the kitchen quality, fit and finish was excellent. Our overall experience of Coastal Kitchens was very positive, the new kitchen has completely transformed our house.
