I didn't get to meet Justine but late Friday night I sent a text as was very worried about my nail plate as I had lost half after shutting in my car door. She offered advice via text immediately. I thought I might have to remove the rest of the nail which would have been very painful and unsightly. She continued to text until I was happy. I wasn't expecting a reply until the next day as it was very late on a Friday night. Very impressed. Will definitely visit if I need foot work done and I will also forward my elderly clients to her. I desperately needed to see a podiatrist, and Justine offered me an appointment on the day and time I requested - Due to the nature of my job, I couldn't book an appointment for any other day. Justine was lovely, and did a great job of cutting my nails. Would definitely recommend.

I had never had an ingrown toenail before so wasnt sure what to expect in regards to pain, however when I first arrived I was made to feel welcome and within the first session she had made the pain almost non existent ( It was also infected as I had left it so long before going to a podiatrist ) now I go back quite often to make sure that it doesn't get that bad again, I have been able to keep attending the gym and keep up with my training for charity because of her, she had even waived her fee and told me to donate it to the charity instead, she is brilliant at what she does and a lovely human-being and I could not rate her highly enough. :)
