Commenting on behalf of my wife, was recommended by a family friend and the receptionist was unwilling to help. My wife came in for a filling and she was feeling pain after the appointment, the dentist agreed to fix the issue and redo the filling so she booked in again. All sorted and then upon the leaving the receptionist asked my wife to make payment, given my wife’s doesn’t speak very much English so she made payment as was in a rush to another appointment and for me to call up to rectify. Called up the practice and the receptionist tried to charge 20 pounds to make an appointment to speak with the team and I the never met a woman so unhelpful, without speaking to the dentist she was like our dentist would never say they would fix an issue. Response - I’d be happy to come in chat to get this rectified. Please let me know best date/time? Thanks

I was welcomed by lovely friendly staff from the minute I walked in. Waiting time was less than 5 minutes. I had a filling and the dentist that seen to me was soooo gentle. I didn't feel any thing. I can honestly say it was not a bad experience and she done an amazing neat job. Definitely with the money and would recommend 100%.

Had an extraction yesterday. All went well in a controlled and effective manner. I was thoroughly briefed on the procedure before during and after which really was re assuring. My last extraction was when I was a child ......so long ago I can't really remember it ! Can't recommend Coastal Dental Health enough. 'Almost' looking forward to the next visit in my course of treatment !

Having had to find another dentist because my one in Chichester had retired, I came along to Coast Dental as it was a 5 minute walk from home, and was welcomed. The hygenist, Jo, was great, having told her about an operation I had in 2019, she asked if I needed an antibiotic before a hygiene appointment, but as I didn't know, she got in touch Dissection team at Southampton and found out that it could be advisable. Thanks Jo, I would never have known. See you next time.

I don't think I have the words to explain how good Coast are as a Practice. I avoided going to a dentist for over a decade out of severe anxiety, and had several teeth that were literally falling apart. I cried during my first appointment, and my dentist just told that there wouldn't be anything that she hadn't seen before, and we would just tackle one thing at a time. The whole Practice are incredibly friendly and professional and I have and will recommend them to everyone.

The staff at Coast Dental Health are fantastic. I've had check-ups and cleanings, which are always positive experiences. Today I had a tooth extraction, which was quite daunting. Fortunately, Claire and Kelly, had me laughing and feeling at ease even before we started talking teeth. They gave me the confidence and reassurance I needed to trust that my dental health was in good hands. I look forward to going to the dentist!
