This surgery has no right to continue practicing. The staff are the absolute rudest I have ever encountered. It is borderline impossible to get an appointment, and even when you do you will receive substandard care from in training doctors that are quite literally not qualified to be assisting you medically. Everyone that works here should be ashamed and not at all surprised if they get bashed in the back of the head with a bike lock one day while walking to their car.

Drs lack care and respect for their patients . If you're an older person with mental health problems you're made to feel worthless . Receptionists are rude and leave you waiting while they finish there chats .The waiting area is a shambles which just reflects this surgery . There is so much more I could say but then this review would end up a book . Not a good surgery at all .

Such a shame. This medical practice used to be great - back in the 70s/80s, when Drs. Marker, Rowland, etc. used to provide good, solid, no-nonsense, reassuring and even friendly help and support. Now? Pretty dreadful. Doctors and receptionists who attach more importance to whether or not you raise your voice at them rather than any medical issues you might have, a practice manager who's never there, a liking for hanging the phone up on a patient with serious issues because they feel "patronised" (but don't mind patronising you), a cold, uncaring and ignorant attitude, incompetence, etc.... How times can change. And not for the better.

Have been with the surgery for over 40 years, made a complaint about prescribing the wrong medication and not updating my repeats as they had been contacted by the Hospital and me putting notes on my repeats but still continued to issue incorrectly after 6 weeks , My complaint to the Practice Manager via email was ignored and didn't receive a reply back except a letter telling me I had 30 days to find a new GP, my name would be removed from the GP's list and find another GP as I was outside their Boundary. Had to find another GP ASAP causing stress as I need life saving medication. I can't see after being with a practise for over 40 years that suddenly after making 1 polite complaint they decided I need to change GP as I'm out the Boundary when they already knew this and had been accepted by the GP at the time. I did speak to a Doctor there about it but said there nothing he could do as it had been taken over by new administration, if this is how the new administration act may it was best I found a new GP.
