We got assigned to work with PMPL through a third party company. Initially we were a bit nervous reading the reviews. But Team O’Shea were absolutely amazing! Our seller took 2 months to send the contract draft and was a pain to deal with but the team still helped us complete 2 months after the contract draft was received! We are honestly impressed with the service, thank you to the team!!

If I could give zero stars I would. This company are a joke. They take forever to get back to you, can't complete a simple remortgage and ended up costing us thousands of pounds in extra mortgage payments each month because they didn't complete our remortgage in almost 7 months. Completely avoid and don't waste your money.

The most frustrating, confusing and disappointing experience with a business I have ever had. You can never get in touch with your own designated lawyer, you just speak to Juniors who have no idea about your case. Emails go unanswered and designated call back appointments do not get actioned. Whenever you rang them you had to spend at least 70 minutes on the phone, sometimes over 90 minutes. The direct dial number they provided me was actually incorrect yet I only found this out a month into proceedings. They are absolutely snowed under and obviously cannot cope with their workload at all. Spend a bit extra please and choose a decent independent or local Solicitors firm. Please avoid these clowns at all costs. Awful company. My reference was 12F045686.1 and 12F045686.2

This is not a professional company. Negatives: No communication Blocked account without notice Didn't respond to queries Didn't respond to request for forms No acknowledgement of payment No response to emails Very stressful to deal with Lost my mortgage offer because of their unprofessional attitude. Transfer took 11 months. A whole 11 months. No explanation. No apologies. This useless and insensitive company deserve zero stars. We cannot begin to put in to words the physical and mental distress this company has caused. I could not possibly recommend and would not wish anyone else to experience this hell. Unfortunately our mortgage offer fell through due to us not being able to physically put ourselves through enduring PM property lawyers anymore, as it is costing us our health and because their incompetence has delayed the process (unnecessarily) to the point others have decided they simply cannot wait anymore. Avoid at all cost, we wished we used a reputable local firm as per our previous house purchases.
