An absolute joke of a company. I booked to take my brother and his stag party to ascot for the day. I got told an hour before the coach was due to arrive that it had broken down - no ones fault at all and I understand that. The company couldn't provide another coach until 1pm so I had to make other travel arrangements. The company agreed to issue a refund. I called coach scanner yesterday to inform them, the person on the other end of the phone told me that he would have the refund arranged and call me back. I have heard nothing since. I have been trying to call multiple times today and no one will answer an email, a phone call or even their facebook messenger. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Just wish I'd read the reviews before booking. Despite calling the driver that morning to confirm the booking 45min before our scheduled pick up he cancelled claiming he'd put petrol in his coach!!! Being a saturday Coachscanner were unavailable to assist so left to our own devices to organise public transport travel to & from destination. As if that wasn't bad enough the issue was reported 1st thing on Monday only to be told my contract was with the coach company so I'd have to wait till CoachScanner recived the money back before being refunded !!! Again chased on the Thursday & Friday and was eventually told the refund would be made that day. Tuesday now the following week and I'm still chasing. Unanswered emails and hollow promises of calls back - AVOID COACH SCANNER AT ALL COSTS.

Unreliable and unresponsive. Booked 2 coaches for a wedding party. 2 days before the event I had to chase up for driver numbers only to be told one coach got cancelled. They did arrange a alternative coach which was like something from the 80's. It was around 25 degrees that day and the coach had no air con, no way to open any windows and a 1.5hr journey. I contacted coachscanner the next day and was told to email in the complaint. 9 days after sending the email failing to get a response I called coachscanner and asked them how they are dealing with my complaint. I was told the managers were on a conference call and someone will get back to me. No one got back to me. Their communication is non existent, value for customer is zero. Save yourself the trouble and book directly with a reputable coach company.
