Lovely little site, toilets and showers clean, hot water, pitches fine, relaxing and great site for access to all tourist attractions. Pub 2mins walk away was fantastic, food amazing, drinks beautifully presented ( love a good gin n tonic) some pitches on a little but of an angle so bring block. We visited easter hol so can imagine in summer it's beautiful sun trap. Owners saw twice, but no issues, will definately be back.

Very nice private site. Plots are slightly smaller than normal and lots of high trees blocking the sun, but offer privacy, depending on your preference (and which pitch you are lucky enough to be allocated). But have own water supply making for less work, filling barrels from distant taps. Quite a lot of road noise as this is close to main road for Scarborough. Also garage on one side and public house on the other. Pub serves nice food but be prepared to have deep pockets! Standard glass of wine was £7.75!! Needless to say we didn't return. Dont mind paying a big more but don't like being ripped off. (The pub/restaurant independent from caravan site). Site also has 2 shower rooms with wash basin and w.c. its a nice site, felt a little claustrophobic when full, but still good.

Just absolutely lovely! Small and quiet site, perfect for a peaceful & quiet weekend away. Good clean facilities & site, pub with nice food next door which is quiet on an evening. Not even 10mins drive to Thornton le dales & Pickering which was lovely. We would definitely recommend and will be back for sure. Added bonus being dog friendly, pub is dog friendly and a lot shops were dog friendly too

Nice clean little site but not somewhere I would stay a week on again an overnight maybe. Never saw the owners. Instructions all on white board. My error entirely but no dog walk had to cross the main road and walk up very steep dirt track to walk the hound each time.Slight road noise and pub noise but didn't impact on us.Coachman Hotel food mediocre and very pricy but handy. No WiFi , tv poor at times.
