    I've recently started training with Katie and am thoroughly enjoying her approach to our sessions. I attend gym sessions with her for strength training and her outdoor boot camp sessions for a mix of cardio and bodyweight exercises. I'm starting from a point where I'm looking to shed excess weight and to build some strength as I've never really done any strength training before. Katie is excellent in explaining all aspects of exercise and workout; why to move in certain ways, the muscles that are worked and how to get the best out of certain movements. She knows exactly how to push for progressive overload but not in excessive ways that could cause injury. She is friendly and a great person to help keep you motivated. Within just two weeks of working with Katie and with some diet change I have already lost almost 2kg and am increasingly feeling better and more confident each day.
