The Bus will wait close to departure time. Mine wait 15 minutes and leave 1 minute earlier than in schedule. One more thing, the stop is on the another side of the road in comparison to what is shown in Google Maps [for time when I wrote it 09th May 2023]

This is stop 19 for the National Express stop for Stansted airport (A6). Use the app to track bus arrival. Mine came earlier than scheduled but did wait until (close enough to) scheduled departure time. I think bus left a minute early. There is a Costa around the corner and a Tesco two minutes walk away in case you need snacks/drinks. Also, it is the A20 bus towards the airport also - this is the Airport bus express.
