This coach had no problems with the vehicle which was great, it was comfortable and clean and it included a toliet. The only problem was punctuality. We informed the company that we needed the coach for 8:45am but it ended up arriving at our pick up location around 45 minutes late. We don't know if the company misunderstood and ended up leaving their location at 8:45 therefore making us late, or if the driver was genuinely running late. If you are planning to book this coach we do recommend informing the company more clearly and letting them know what time you would like to leave your pick up location to help make things less inconvenient for you.
