They don't pay the drivers never answer the phone I have done trip for them in July and still not been paid. I paid a joining fee of £299 in February and was told I would get a full refund if I didn't get any jobs within 2 weeks when I asked for a refund in April they just made excuses and excuses. I would work for them or use then better off book privately.

IF I COULD GIVE 0/5 STARS I WOULD! Please stay away from this company they are horrendous at everything they do, we booked a mini bus and on the day of the journey and 1 hour before the driver rings us and says he won’t make it and we could get a refund of £50 that we payed, after ringing and ringing and ringing the help desk/switch board/ passenger support or what ever they call them selves, they told us it was our fault and good luck at getting your money back and stop wasting our time. It is a scam of a company please read this review and stay well clear

I booked a cab, but due to the covid 19, I had to cancel the cab. I have emailed them and contacted them by phone, and not had a single reply. I spoke to a man called adele, whom promised me to give me a refund. It's been three weeks, and still not had a refund. I WOULD STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. FRAUDSTERS ! Dont know why people can be so evil!

We booked through their website to be picked up from at wedding at 1am. No one turned up leaving us stranded in the middle of the countryside. After 2 hours we found a local taxi. We contacted National Transfers afterwards to get our deposit back and they didn't reply. Can't recommend avoiding this company enough. Just book direct with a company.

Our company booked transport on last minute basis, then they cancelled service and said they will refund the money. It has been almost 2 months and no refund. Still waiting for our 1100EUR... Already reported to Polices as well as Fraud police. They have been ignoring emails and call. From all the bad reviews I am not surprised. If I would have seen this before I would never used them. DO NOT TRUST THEM.
