One toilet for drivers it always stinks. No shower, slow tipping time and awaiting the paperwork. You are before time No worries you will be taken only on scheduled time you suppose to arrive, and if you are late more than 30 min it is an instant refusal even if you stuck in traffic jam and travelled 100miles :-) so dont waste your diesel. No vending machines, No canteen, and you wait whilst your wagon is being tipped, not in your cab but in the ugly disgusting waiting area so better be patient. And most important do not get cheecky and moutht with the staff, zero abuse tollerance. Do not use A303(£500 fine payable by you the driver) use instead A34 Hope l have helped, l love helping
