Respectful, attention to detail and above all reassuring from the outset. Shirley and Mat, the funeral director work as a good team and between them they ensured the smooth running for the cremation service at Thames View. Thank you from the family for helping to make one aspect as stress free as possible.

Thank you Shirley, and Mark, for your attention to detail, making our elderly relatives funeral such a success. Our Uncle, was 97, and you helped to make his funeral a celebration of his long life. Very efficient, great service. Thank you.

Personally would not use the coop again, still waiting for a refund on my mums prepaid plan as due to Covid we could not have everything that she had paid for this was back in April. Quick enough sending their bills for the extras though. My experience with a small family firm in February when my son died was much more caring and personal, I had to ask the coop myself about such things as the photo tribute which I only knew about because of my sons demise. Definitely a profit making business as opposed to caring for grieving families and making things easier
