Visited the Bridge Road Woolston Branch this evening around 8pm I used the self service point, but I did notice the young male cashier serving an elderly lady beside me and she was thanking him, he'd called for his Co worker to come and help the lady. The young assistant insisted it was no problem and picked up the ladies bags and carried them to her car ❤️ I told them how lovely and thoughtful they we're, literally melted my heart. In the crazy politically corrupt world we live in today after the past 2 years we've all struggled through and are still struggling thru, those two young lads reminded me that they're really are still some amazing caring souls. Well done co op you have some great employees

Early morning staff very unhelpful and requires customer skills training. Shop notice states open 6am it appears to myself and others customers waiting it’s quite often 06:15 staff unfriendly stating it’s not our fault the papers are put out late.
