Disgraceful service... Tant amount to RACISM. I have been using this branch for over 25 years without issue, in fact up until the last few months the overall performance has been exceptional all things considered. (Until now.) Over the last several months new staff have been employed, not a problem. However, a certain number of colour are refusing to pack our bags at the checkout!! Not only does this make things very time consuming, accompanied with mild rudeness, it creates unnecessary delays and leads to frustration for the queuing customers. Not only this, but they place the items for me to bag out of reach causing difficulties navigating around the screens and special offers etc' What is our world coming to when you cannot even pop into your local CONVIENIENCE store without being treated so poorly. Disgraceful.

Always has what I come in for, polite and friendly staff, they work very hard to make sure you have the best experience. Only thing that's letting everything down is the so called shop lifters who think it's ok not to pay for stuff and at the end of the day the staff don't really need the hastle of people like that They should be able to come to work in a safer environment.

I would love to have given a glowing review however my delivery that was due between 8pm and 10pm has not arrived. As the shop is closed there is nothing I can do until tomorrow!! Having phoned the shop this morning I was not given a reason or excuse. My shopping has just been delivered and guess what the frozen stuff isn't frozen and the use by date on the bread is today. Not happy at all!!
