Security guard is always staring at me whenever I go in there and follows me around like a creep even tho I don’t even look at him and mind my business. Usually loads in the sale and there’s hot pizza slices and bacon and cheese pastries and more which are gorgeous!!! But the security guard lets it all down (black guy with glasses)

Local to me, friendly staff also has the self checkout. Become a member and get money off certain products, and get free money for yourself and you can choose a local charity to receive free money too.😉

Always run out of the hot food, some days don't have it at all. Always low on stock of drinks so they are so far back on shelves that I can't reach, and I'm average height. Probably not the staffs fault, probably understaffed like every where else in Tory Britain.

Used to come to this store for years till the regular security guard decided to shout in my ear and tell me to get out of the store because he somehow thought I was deliberately smashing a heavy bottle of water onto the self-checkout. Given how small and unsteady the self-checkouts are, it's pretty understandable that accidents will happen. He even tried laying his hands on me, which he failed to do, so he called me a psychopath as I exited the store. Little bit of self-projection there me thinks. What if I had been an elderly woman? If you've been to this store before, you know which guard I am talking about. It was obvious that he was just that bored that he was looking for trouble, knowing full well that he'll have the store employees on his side no matter how appalling his behaviour is. I do not feel comfortable to ever go to this store again. When I consider how toxic the staff environment has become there, I think I'll snub this store for the rest of my life tyvm!
