FAQ
What is the quality of the olive oil produced by your cooperative?
Our cooperative produces high-quality olive oil that has won several awards for its taste and purity. We take great care in selecting the best olives and ensuring that they are processed using the latest technology to produce the finest oil.How are the olives harvested and processed?
We use traditional methods to harvest our olives by hand, ensuring that they are not damaged during the picking process. Once harvested, the olives are taken to our state-of-the-art processing facility where they are carefully washed, crushed, and pressed to extract the oil. What is the process for becoming a member of the cooperative?
To become a member of our cooperative, you must first meet certain requirements such as owning land suitable for olive cultivation. You must also agree to follow our cooperative's rules and regulations and pay a membership fee. Once you meet these requirements, you can apply for membership and become part of our community. How are profits distributed among members?
Our cooperative operates on a democratic basis where each member has an equal say in how profits are distributed. We hold regular meetings where members can vote on how to allocate profits, and the funds are then distributed among members based on their level of participation. What is the cooperative's approach to sustainability and environmental stewardship?
At our cooperative, we are committed to sustainability and environmental stewardship. We use organic farming methods to grow our olives, which helps to preserve the natural biodiversity of the land. We also invest in renewable energy sources to power our operations and minimize our carbon footprint. Additionally, we work with local organizations to promote sustainable farming practices and protect the environment for future generations.Reviews

I've lived just down from this shop for over 20 years and I can say that in the last year this shop has gone from a great little shop, to a bad little shop. Since the first lock down the shop implemented a one way system around the shop which is fine, but they have more cages down the first and last isle which means that there is now room to social distance. Instead of customers using the oneway system they go in the oppersite direction and the staff say nothing as I have caught a few of them doing the same. I have found one to two members of staff to be rude to some customers and are not helpful at all.
