This place needs self checkout tills, it has barely any staff in, usually there's queues, staff is usually busy with delivery orders or stacking and can't notice you queening! I have seen quite a few customers walk out myself included!

Living just round the corner we often pop in for a few groceries and have always found the staff courteous & happy to help. For a small store they stock a good range of basics, although disappointingly they’ve recently reduced the range of freshly baked bread. I was very happy to buy this lovely bouquet on Saturday for just £6 😃 Sadly they do have a huge issue with shop-lifting which is hardly their ‘fault’ - but might account for some of the negative experiences mentioned in other reviews.

Appalling customer service just now! Nobody serving, queue, had to find a member of staff to come on till. No apology, didn't answer customers questions, jabbering away to someone on her headset. Then she wiped what looked like food debris off her till using her bare hands, before picking up my items with her dirty hands! Asked her for a receipt, she ignored me and started walking off. Asked her again and she went back and got my receipt out the rubbish bin! Absolutely disgusting.

I have been to this store many times and i am disgusted at how there are no staff except one called Fiona. the new manager is a disgrace trying to belittle her in front of customers Fiona works all the time and on her own with no breaks, there is never no staff and Fiona running around like a crazy person on her own trying to help customers please give this lovely member of staff a break and more importantly some respect, AND TEACH THE MANGERS IN YOUR STORE TO HAVE SOME RESPECT FOR THEIR STAFF MEMBERS
