Went in today and the lady that served me had the worst attitude on her. I tapped my phone and she didn't say anything to me so I started to walk off and she shouted that it hadn't gone through and then continued to say about customers like me that leave and it doesn't go through. At the end of the day if you aren't going to pay attention to the paying customers then don't work in retail 😒

Claims to offer DPD pickup service, yet turns away parcels they feel are a little too big (even though DPD have already taken the money for a parcel this size and directed customers here). They claim it's a trip hazard - in which case, they are not equipped to offer the DPD pickup service and should stop immediately to prevent more wasted journeys. Staff are generally miserable and abrasive too.

Probably a fine shop but DONT order from them from Uber Eats. They sealed the bag in a way that it could not be stolen from but charged me for items that they did not include. If they are out of stock then it's fine but they are supposed to not charge you for items not included. Not these guys, they'll steal your money.

Claim to offer DPD parcel service but will not accept heavier parcels. Sorry but you're either doing the service or you are not. This is completely unacceptable - people go out of their way and you decline to accept a parcel? And with multiple staff on site it would be easy for two of them to carry a heavier parcel. Please stop offering the service if you can't do it. No reflection on your staff who are simply carrying out their instructions.
