I normally don’t give reviews, but I felt I must bring this to co-op management. I live locally. I went to the shop at 21:05 tonight. I received worse customer service. I never saw that boy working in the store before (may be a new joiner or a temporary worker). His customer service was absolutely awful. The way he took money and giving back the change and the way he served made me feel disgraced. I have no clue if the co op customer service standards are dropped down or was he being a racist….

Visited the store this morning had a problem with the self check out totally ingored by the sales asistance who was having a conversation with a customer had to walk over after sevral minutes to get her attention she then said she had sorted the problem then carried on with her conversation the issue had not been cleared when I querried the receipt I was told the reason she could not come over to sort my problem was the customer she was talking too had relations in Ukraine.
